How it works
HOW THE DROP WORKS
Built around one simple idea: empty adventure slots should never stay empty.
MORNING
Operators review tomorrow's roster
Each morning, operators check what's booked for the next day and flag any unfilled slots in their LMAC dashboard.
AFTERNOON
They set their last-minute price
Operators decide the discount. 30% to 70% off. They control pricing. LMAC never forces a number.
5:00PM
5pm. The drop goes live.
Every flagged adventure publishes simultaneously at 5pm. Members receive an instant SMS, email and push.
EVENING
You browse. You book. Done.
Log in, see what's live, book your adventure. Payment processes instantly. Confirmation hits your inbox.
8 to 10PM
Slots close at 8 to 10pm
Each operator sets their own cutoff. Once closed, that inventory is gone. Last-minute means last-minute.
TOMORROW
Best day you've had in a while.
Show up with your confirmation. The operator is expecting you. Do the thing. Tell your mates.
Frequently asked
QUESTIONS?
Availability varies day to day. Some days there are 20+ adventures live, some days fewer. That's what makes it a club rather than a guarantee. It's also why checking the 5pm drop becomes a daily habit.

During signup you'll set your notification preferences. SMS, email and push are all available. You'll also set your regions of interest so you only hear about adventures near you.
No. Last-minute pricing is exclusively for LMAC members. That's what makes the membership valuable.
In the rare event of an operator cancellation, you'll receive a full refund within 24 hours and where possible a priority rebook credit.
No. Last-minute slots are only visible to logged-in LMAC members. Your standard pricing remains unchanged everywhere else. Members are an incremental customer segment.
LMAC takes 20% of the last-minute booking price. You receive 80%, paid weekly. There are no monthly fees, listing fees or charges for slots that don't sell.
Most operators are live within five business days of signing. Your listing is written by our team with your approval. Rezdy or Fareharbor integration is typically 1 to 2 days.
Yes. Many operators list multiple activities. For example a half-day jetski, a full-day charter and a sunset cruise, each managed independently.
That's completely fine. You only release slots when you have them. There's no obligation to list anything on any given day.
